Programs are designed by a licensed physical therapist and tailored for you.

I am here to help you take the guesswork and confusion out of training. I want you to know you are utilizing your time efficiently to achieve your goals.

My goal is for you to enjoy exercise in order to promote consistency rather than burnout. Longevity is key for peak performance in life.

Training can accommodate:

  • Your health & injury history

  • The equipment you have available

  • Your preferred style of training

  • Your schedule/# of preferred sessions per week/month

Whats Included:

  • 30-60 minute introduction and movement screen to see what your needs are

  • 40 minute weekly strength and/or mobility training

  • customized home programs for those who prefer to do weekly/monthly check-ins

Rates:

Individual Sessions: $50 +tax/ 40 minute session

Group Sessions: $40 +tax/40 minute session 

Work With Me…

Classes are designed based off your groups preferred workout style (ie. weight training, HIIT/METCON). Class sizes are kept small to make sure you get the individualized attention you need, while having the added benefit of working out with friends. Groups can be 2-5 people. Groups larger than 3 will be held at the rec center in a private room. Group members must book 1 individual session initially to identify their baseline.

The first session we will assess your foundational strength to create a baseline for future sessions. Sessions will be designed around your goals and preferred workout style. Typically sessions involve a combination of cardio, body weight exercises and weight training. My goal is for you to enjoy exercise in order to promote consistency rather than burnout. Longevity is key for peak performance in life.

This is an intro class for women looking to return to exercise following pregnancy. It encompasses 4 classes over the course of a month (1 class per week). You will perform basic movements and exercises to rebuild strength and coordination of specific muscles often affected by pregnancy. The best part, you can bring your baby! Options will be available for additional classes following the intro class.
