At Traverse, we believe in a holistic health approach, where we discuss an individuals sleep habits, stress levels, nutrition and physical activity levels which could be contributing to symptoms. Symptoms tell us there is a problem but don’t always present at the site of the issue. Therefore, its imperative that we work together to find the root issue in order to find long term solutions.

    Once you are Independent, you don’t have to be on your own. You can always return for further guidance down the road. Life isn’t linear.

Do I Need a Referral?

A physician or another health professional may refer you, but since physical therapy is an autonomous profession, referrals are not necessary. Your therapist will assess and reach a diagnosis, then set up a treatment plan that suits your needs. Each plan is unique to every person and their diagnosis.
